My take:
A) Read as much material on your passionate industry
B) Assemble educated veterans around you to project insight and educated outakes
C) Create a fall back plan skeleton if you wisely predict multiple delays
D) Recreate your approach and style many times as possible to draw new potential partners and/or consumers
