Handling Stress

Whether at home, work or in the field of your imagination assembling your dreams, upon overwhelming dissatisfaction or an imbalance of strife places you before a blind rage proceed with the following:

 1. Excuse from the stressful situation.

 2. Find a reasonably peaceful area and close your eyes to locate your mental place of serenity.

 3. Inhale seven breaths of air and hold each for seven seconds before exhaling slow to level you out.

 4. Insert yourself in the previous spot and resume the struggle.
