Rebounding From Lazy Super Bowl Hangover

Hey everybody!!!!! I know I’m way past the belated New Year’s proclamation and the goals I need to surpass (Increase my vocabulary & complete reading all my books)  so let’s get right into it with my new approach and format:

Recent discoveries/observations/accomplishments:

-Discovered Big D Auto Car Sales on the eastside for good car deals – I absolutely foresee a car upgrade in the next year. That’s great news after the crushing blow of the Ways 2 Work program ran out of funding. Surely when one door closes another one will surely open.

– Completed The Kresge Arts Grant Fellowship (Yessssss!!!!) Potential grant money=$25K. Since the window for that opportunity wrapped up last month, you can still gauge your luck through The Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency’s IDA program for upcoming small businesses. Interested parties can hit the link @ http://www.waynemetro.org/ida

-I’m very happy to announce I’m working on poem for my new art piece. Stay tuned.

-2014 business lessons learned: I must exude more patience to reach a certain level of understanding and appreciation. So with that lesson absorbed this year’s business approach will be to never quit exercising the proper formula for the desired completion of targets.

-You know I notice similar traits of my late father in me when discussing or demonstrating politics, economics and/or sports. RIP, Daddy. Trying to make you proud.

-Lastly I’m very happy my hometown Patriots seized another Super Bowl dub. It was ten years in the making and I admit I celebrated, lashed out at all the haters on Facebook for enduring the two week media circus, took a mental break and got lazy, but I’m back on the hamster wheel again.

Quote of the Month: Hope is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out ~ Václav Havel

My Last Thing:

The one thing that I do know is that I don’t know it all,
