Using a basketball metaphor, when celebrated athletes are pressured to meet deadlines, or in this context winning critical basketball games, through a player’s skill set, whether tangible or intangible, will determine if they are indeed a win-at-all-costs type or another participant there for the attention with successive media driven hot-aired bravado.

Examples: Carmelo Anthony – Kitten, Stephon Curry – Killer, Dwight Howard – Kitten, Dirk Nowitzki – Killer, James Harden – Kitten, Kawhi Leonard – Killer.

I would go harder using a synonym starting with the letter P and ending in Y but I’m really trying to keep it clean.

The list goes on and on – point being is this: The same fervor I’m approaching this topic might be the same technique my blog followers might appreciate and use in terms of clearly differentiating themselves. My passion towards my art will be approached as it’s always been: As being a stone cold killer.

The strong survive. The strategic succeed. Winners persevere. Losers reach for excuses or auxiliary prizes to comfort their true failures.

I implore you: Doing more than your own current standing will usually leave you ahead or above your peers. Do your best approaching 2016.

≈Recent Bizness News:

-Good branding session late November with Janice Bond via The N’namdi Center for Contemporary Art. The branding and authenticity networking event was a pretty packed and participatory event using group to generate camaraderie building to answer questions in each group’s own way.

-MCS Multimedia’s thirty minute consultation session with regards to the proper branding of my company went well. Elizabeth Mays, whom I met after the Janice Bond branding session, and I made some finer points to potentially strive for next year so I’m looking forward to our next follow up.

↑Uptrending/↓Downtrending:

Best 2015 Overall Achievement: Accomplishing better financial flexibility outlooks for my small business/PayPal accounts.

Best 2015 Overall Disappointment: Not completing art illustration project and not trusting enough new artists out there.

♠Random Thought:

Mainstream radio with its ‘music’ or whatever they pass off nowadays when I choose to selectively listen has hit another low point. Similar to exactly a decade ago at this point the value is so putrid I reflect and play the best old school jams with pride. I said it before and I’ll say it again: Great music has no shelf life. I don’t think there were five memorable songs this year that I could have on my playlist for years to come. Not even five. Microwave music at its best, or rather at its worst.
