√ Welcome Back & Belated Happy New Years!!!!!!

New approach/Instead of trying to commemorate the first blog of the New Year by saying something extravagant, I’ll just dive into this immediately:

≥ 2016 Very Obtainable Business Goals:

– Complete two art pieces. I met an artist/illustrator from Tattoo Ink off 6 mile. He showed me some of his work on Instagram so now I got to come up with a deposit to pitch to him what I want done. The other piece is still being worked on by my other artist. Understand that I’ve interacted with her over some details to cover every feature of the slick yet twisted look and I’m very much looking forward to it.

– Have my work featured in the National Conference of Artists’ Gallery. Corresponding with MCS Multimedia will be critical to give my PR and personal expertise that proper push.

– Start saving more money. Since I anticipate a few events not having to be rushed this year and just coming to me in due time, I’ll take things slowly and be more of a saver after my vacation midsummer.

≤ With some goals to conquer there are always a few concerns to overcome:

-Staying away from bad karma. There have been three individuals I’ve known in some capacity that infamously ended up on MSNBC’s show American Greed (Pat Kiley, Kwame Kilpatrick and Kevin Trudeau) and for the public record let me painfully state the obvious: I don’t need those problems in my life. Whether being the perpetrator or the victim, being jaded with lack of consistent oversight of Wall Street is the main reason why I don’t heavily invest anymore; As I’m older thus the stakes are higher so the bold face duplicity from high stake criminals make me look for better alternatives. So why do I feel one or daresay two more companies that I was trying to be a part of may or may not end up on that show? I really hope and pray that the fourth/fifth time isn’t a charm-like disaster.

-Getting complacent. With a few possibly anticipated slow months in the middle of the year I certainly don’t want to get stuck in a rut with the normal rigmarole of 1.work, 2.bills, 3.sleep so doing something out the norm to shock the body will certainly be welcomed.

〈 〉 Community Events: For the art lovers, admirers and supporters, check out Mr. Robert Mirek’s work at the Oak Park City Hall (13600 Oak Park Boulevard, Oak Park, MI) Monday, February 1^st from 5-7PM. Looks like Robert is a couple of steps ahead of me on the road to success. I’ll be taking notes.

I guess it’s that time to be a man and unremorsefully execute……MAN LAW!!!!!!!!!

∠ Man Law#74: No women allowed during Super Bowl parties if they’re the talkative, questioning type. Most men treat The Super Bowl like a national holiday so unless some miscellaneous chicks are serving food, drinks and most importantly silence to allow the men to cheer for either their respective teams or a great competitive game, keep the naggers, horrible girl talk claptraps and vibe killers the hell out. Don’t worry you’ll have more than enough time to make it up to them for Valentine’s Day a couple of weeks away. Also on a personal note: Yeah, I’m slightly disappointed my Patriots came up short, but the championship window is still open for roster renovations this offseason. Much success in the draft and free agency.

∩ My last thing: Even though this has been a somewhat mellow month to start the year, things may pick up so I ask everyone to check your list of goals to conquer because we’ll be in mid-year before you know it.
