With very little to say in the company of an outcry to the Universe, I just need fresh new angles and/or another inspirational jolt before the overindulgence of summertime hits everyone……..You know, the place where the weather is the oasis for light impulse and aloof behavior.

 

Oh yeah, I’ve got it: The Etsy Project: In the next two months I’ll start getting more familiar with the Etsy storefront account capabilities with desires to start making a consistent profit. As usual The Jedi Mind Trick of my desired answer is always lying around somewhere – I just have to rediscover it in the web of my life.

Business Transgressions: After trimming the fat from several from my incumbent list of mismatched artists, I’ve come across a brand new heaping of illustrators that I’m excited in collaborating on projects (Confuse Yuma, Black Sniper Fox) and curators (Laura Gibson, Denyse Couture) at the April artist to artist meeting. I hope I’m on their list of contacts whenever future call to artist events is underway.

 

Local Events: On May the twentieth it felt phenomenal donating the following to Teia Tyler’s Our Ark (Our Acts of Random Kindness) Barbeque Homeless Shelter Clothes Drive: My old bedroom TV since I arrived in Detroit in 2003, Mom’s old laptop computer, printer, and speakers, four bags of old clothes with a couple of DVD movies to watch. I trust that she’ll make a great impact along with other people’s contribution to help in the cause.

Local Events Pt. 2: ProsperUS Detroit (19120 Grand River Avenue) is hosting another Small Business Workshop Series event: Managing Your Brand via Social Media will be on Wednesday, June 28th between the time frame of 6-8PM. Be there or stay economically broke!

Man Law # 102: Know the difference between an opportunity and an opportunist. When certain men, particularly celebrities, are in the midst of litigation to revolt his ex-wife’s lawyer in sinking their mitts into his life’s savings in the form of ‘child support’ or ‘transition alimony’, ask yourself this question: Was she really in that situation to create heaven on earth with him or was it a launching point for her financial convenience? Better yet is an air tight pre-nup the best way to go moving forward for him and most men? Just something to ponder.

 

To wrap this up: Condolences to the multitude of families whose lost loved ones to the insanity of this world and Happy Ramadan to the believers in the Islamic faith. I guess the recent colonic and foot bath cleanse a week ago will give me a head start prior to the spiritual resetting and fasting regiment.
